Happiness challenge

Try this for 5 days and you will want to continue it for 5 more and before you know it, it will become your own happiness habit. Start each day with 5 things you are greatful for, 5 things you dream of having in your life, 5 reasons you want them and 5 things that bring a smile to your face. Sit back and think about how you now feel.
